Goal of the Week

Happy Monday everyone! Hopefully this week will be a little less stressful than the last few have been. My health goal for the week: strength train for at least 30 minutes 3 days this week.

The husband's birthday is Friday, so I need to get a present and a fancy dinner planned for him. What do you do for your significant other's birthday?


  1. My husband really wanted to try kite sailing, so I bought him a full-day lesson for his b-day! It was spendy, but the idea is a good one - get him an "experience" rather than stuff. Just a thought!

  2. We usually do a gift of some sort (I got him a personalized world cup jersey this year for his fave team), a card, and then dinner -- I usually cook his fave meal, he usually takes me out for mine.
