When I first started losing weight, I was religious about taking inches on Sundays. I have fallen about from that, but will be starting again today. Here we go:
Chest: 37
Waist: 32
Hips: 38 1/2
Arm: 12
When I started in October, it was: 40, 35, 41, and 14.
We'll see how I go from here!
